"Mike Cleary was great. I needed a last minute trailer trade/purchase and not only was he responsive via phone but was quick to reply to my emails. I was over an hour away and he stayed late to wait for me on a Friday. He had the paperwork ready and trailer ready for me and I unloaded my sleds , transferred them to the new trailer and was in and out. Great service. Highly recommended."

"Shop local but DON’T shop at Scott’s Recreation-Manchester. I purchased a new snowmobile helmet for my wife for Christmas. I went in looking for a heated shield for the helmet we already have. The salesperson convinced me to purchase a newer helmet with a heated shield already installed. I had hesitance as it was a gift. I was assured if it was not worn it could be returned if my wife didn’t like it. My family and I have purchased several items from Scott’s Recreation in the past. My whole outfit, including a very expensive snowmobile helmet came from Scott’s Recreation. Never again! Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted with rude behaviors by the front desk clerk. When I explained my wife doesn’t like it the response was “why did you buy it?” Is that how you treat customers? That was the first thing that was said to me. Explaining again it was a Christmas gift, staff response was “you should have gotten a gift card.” The clerk continued with “I don’t stock items to take them back.” I was told the only recourse was to get a “different size.” I don’t need a different size; I NEED a helmet that will work for my wife. The helmet was never worn, it was only taken out of the box and returned. Staff had no interest in resolving the issue. I was directed to a 8x10 piece of paper taped to their desk that was half covered by items and a clipboard that said no returns on apparel and clothing. There is absolutely no way I would have seen a piece of paper covered with junk taped to the side of the counter! Asking for the manager, I was told the same, the refund policy was on the receipt. After purchasing I assure you, I did not study the receipt. I advise Scott’s Recreation to train their staff. If they tell someone they will return something they need to honor, it. I will admit my behavior in the store was not appropriate and was rude, but it was fueled by the rude behavior of your staff from the moment I entered the door. As I walked out the door the staff members were heard saying “and that is why we don’t sell apparel.” I’m glad you kept arguing even after I walked out! Don’t worry Scott’s NEVER AGAIN! I advise you to look at the reviews before purchasing from them. Their response to customers is to argue and provoke. This response from Scott’s Recreation is my favorite found listed on their review page: “Sorry any potential customer has to see the BS listed above in this review.” Great customer service Scott’s Recreation."

"My wife and I had the best overall purchasing experience for a Travel Trailer we were shopping for. We were placed into the perfect floor plan for our needs. Troy quickly guided us to our final choice, led us through the process and converted us from shoppers to happy customers in an hour. Every dealer has great deals, and every dealer has outstanding people. Scott's in Manchester has a solid team, but several of them really stood out to us. We did have an issue. It was minor and became more of a problem than it should have. Ultimately the service problem was resolved. The reason for the 5 star rating is because of the extra measures taken by caring team members to step in and take action. It was clear to us that they wanted to ensure that Scott's Recreation maintain their good reputation. So if you have a problem with your RV after the sale, find Ted. If you want to be placed in the perfect RV ask for Troy. In either case, you won't be disappointed!"
