"Clarksburg State Park is an amazing and picturesque park to visit! There is a $5 parking fee and for some reason it thinks we are in San Francisco. It was an overall great experience visiting!"
"Simple beauty abounds here. Lots of trails to explore and an expansive picnic area. There is a small sandy beach to enjoy - note there have been leech sightings. There are clean bathrooms available for use."
"We had a wonderful camping trip here with four kids. The campground is nicely wooded and small. The facilities are clean and provide what you need for daily hygiene needs. The kids had a wonderful time riding their bikes and playing in the woods and at the pond. Kristen the ranger was the highlight of the trip, especially for my four year old. She puts on wonderful programming to engage children in nature and her passion for animals and the wild is contagious."
"A beautiful gem nestled in the land between the Berkshire and Green mountains. Camping is comfortable in the summer. Facilities are kept clean and are up to date. The trails are easy to moderate and can be walked year round. The pond and beach make it fun to swim and relax in a beach chair."
"One of my favorite camping spots I’ve found. So unbelievably peaceful with showers in large bathrooms. Plus there were a bunch of baby salamanders everywhere so that automatically got me. Take a walk to the pond in the morning. Morning dew, crickets chirping, birds singing. Magic."
