I asked for a receipt of refund and the owner literally got in my face yelling at me while getting spit particles and bad breath all over me and chased me out the door. Then slammed the door in my face. **Find any other trash service**"

"Have used this company for almost two years now and have had a few bad experiences. Most recent issue was due to their truck running over my mailbox and although they didn’t refuse to fix it they left me hanging. Within the hour it happened I called, I sent pictures and did my part. I followed up the next day and they said they’d get back to me and that they had a pole in the yard somewhere they could repair it with. I didn’t complain that it it wasn’t sufficient I just expected that it should be repaired. A week went by with no call, now into the second week I decided to cancel and go with another company. They asked why I was switching and I said that I felt as a customer that I didn’t matter since I wasn’t called back in regards to my damaged mailbox. They then proceeded to charge me $10 for the one bag they picked up this month. Further proving my point. I didn’t act rude and I was very polite, felt nervous even for cancelling. That final charge is the icing on the cake in terms of customer service and I would not recommend them."
