"DO NOT GO HERE. I went in for a test and the phlebotomist sent the LabCorp lab in CA my blood for the wrong test, not what my doctor ordered! Now I have to wait another week to get my results and its a mess."

"This place is awful. It's a huge inconvenience coming here, but it's the only facility my company uses for labwork. Due to poor specimen handling, I have to return to have multiple tubes of blood drawn, when if done correctly the first time, would have been a non issue. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."

"I miss Susan. I have been using labcorps in Providence for my weekly urinalysis tests that are court ordered since the beginning of April and Susan used to let me come in at 08:00 when they open to give my test even though they don’t open for drug screening until 9:00. So this morning I went there to give my weekly drug test and Susan wasn’t there it was a new woman. So I get done with my paperwork and I lock all the stuff from my pockets into the lock box and I take my cup and proceed to take my urine test. Within maybe 2 minutes this woman is knocking on the door telling me that I am out of time so I stopped with more left in my bladder and I bring the cup over to the room and she tells me I don’t think this is enough so I said I can add more to that cup. And she goes no I would have to have you give me a whole new sample so I said well then you need to make that work cause I am not hanging out here while I wait to need to piss again. And I said to her if you hadn’t rushed me out of there this wouldn’t be a problem and she said I gave you 5 minutes to which I responded with no way you gave me 5 minutes. So you expect me to believe that I have been coming here once a week since April and I have never had any problems with providing enough urine in a short amount of time but all the sudden today I had some kind of issue. And what the hell am I going to do with the extra minute that I might require to provide an adequate sample. Unbelievable will be a warm day in hell before they see anymore business from me which is a shame because Susan was so nice and easy to work with."

"I don't know why people are giving BAD reviews for this facility. Lori who checked me in very, very professional and made sure everything was correct. Then drew my blood never felt it, everyone there was so friendly.. A+++ Keep up the great work and I will definitely be back... And maybe people just have a lil patience before saying you had a horrible experience.."

"2/24/23: The check-in kiosk process was easy. I was called in within 2 minutes of arrival. The Technician was very personable and pleasant. All told, the entire process took a total of 11 minutes!"
