"The photographer and the pictures he took were very professional and was very reassuring that he has done 100's of these kinds of photo shoots and knew what was required including start up and walk around videos. My problem was with Snappr organization because I felt like it was shake down after I received the photos without the videos and then a request to charge me extra for an inspection video that was not disclosed at the time of booking."
