"The actual facility was very nice, as was the staff. Getting through to make an appointment was a nightmare. When you call, the recording says that their phones are answered by people. As many times as I called, about 5, I never spoke to a human. I ended up leaving two messages with the time and location I was available. I never heard back. Apparently their phone number appears something completely different and no one ever left me a message. I finally had to have the office of the doctor who ordered the screening call to make my appointment for me. This was over a period of five weeks. Now it's January, and I had to pay 250.00 copay."
