"Writing this on behalf of my mother, this place is trash so expect to be treated as such. You may find good clinicians but service staff specially here at 34 Haverhill st are so unprofessional, disrespectful and so on. You might think nurses and Case community Services are there to help you but this isn’t the reality at this place, nurses will make fun of patient so as CSS, with patients in needs, struggling with the barrier of a foreign language, they’ll be still capable of making fun of patients , their dialect and will call them out disrespectful names , also exposing patient’s medical record to other patients. HIPPA violation by the way. Lorenna at 34 Haverhill st. Working as a CSS careful with that one. We tried to do an incident report on her but since we haven’t been able to find the recording of her conversation with a nurse I guess no action was taken. It is very sad and disappointing that those that are there to help the community with sources and better their quality of life are there just to joke about people with no sense of humanity."
"They called me like 3 months ago to update my insurance and gave me an appointment. they call like an hour before my appointment, but i missed the call, and call back not even 2 min later, they put me on hold for 26 minutes, and i have to hung up and go there, mind you, i live in Lowell, don’t know why i have to go to they’re office. when i got there they told me the person in the insurance department that i had the appointment with left early cuz she didn’t had any more patients and since i didn’t pick up the phone, i have to reschedule, and the person that was at the desk was was giving me attitude and acting like it was MY fault that i missed my appointment, so i have to wait 3 MONTHS to get an appointment! I’ve been calling this week to make an appointment with no luck, because, 1- I’m pregnant and 2- my 2 year old son is autistic and he can’t start his ABA therapy because our insurance got disconnected. So yeah, WORST customer service ever."
"Im here on behalf my mother in law who’s elderly and also be voice for my mother who had the same experience and for the community of the elderly. This clinic has become a nightmare! My mother in law waited 4 hours to be attended. She stood up in 3 different occasions to ask 3 different people when will she be to be seen by the doctor and the last concierge reply was “ you haven’t registered.” And so my mother in law said “ I did register, 3 times I’ve stood up to see when will I be called on. After waiting almost 4 hours in the waiting room my mother in law decided to stand up and walk toward the exit. When all of the sudden they called her phone so she can be seen.The head of the nurse took my mother in law into her office. They knew they did it wrong. It seem that there isn’t no compassion for the elderly community. My mother in law waited long hours, seeing people come and go and she felt like she been lied to because they said they were very busy yet the waiting room was empty. This clinic need changes and fast!! This is no way for an elderly person to be treated. Irresponsible!"
"This clinic is ridiculous. I’ve been going here since I was a little kid and not by choice. I’m looking into changing clinics immediately. The wait to see a doctor is outrageous in the time you wait for your appointment you could already be dead. When you do get to see them it’s for 5 minutes of them not caring and trying to dismiss you as soon as possible. I went to my primary doctor after having to change doctors 5 times just to see whoever was available sooner. I spoke on my mental health issues was given medication and made appointments for therapy. Was told I would have a follow up regarding my medication, never heard from anyone I even just stopped taking them. Went to therapy had an appointment made via phone after I had specified I only wanted in person. After that incident I was able to schedule for in person then they cancelled. If I was in a worse mental health state I would’ve already jumped off a bridge. I called a few weeks ago to ask for a referral but they kept pushing for me to make an appointment. I had to accept and wait a few weeks for an appointment on the phone. Today the person I spoke to was dismissive of my issue and somewhat passive aggressive about the fact that I wanted a referral for my skin issues instead of just going through them. I understand they’re very packed specially with all the new people in Lawrence but to completely dismiss people and not fully listen to their issues is careless. My initial doctor I was with for 6 years the ones I’ve been seeing lately I couldn’t tell you their names because in order to see anyone I just take whatever doctor is available. These people only hear what they want and group you with everyone else which is not how a primary doctor used to be."
"So I injured my knee and couldn't get an appointment at my normal primary care so I went to the walk in here. I did go on a busy night and it was about a 2 hour wait but I understand. The faculty was clean with air purifiers in the waiting room. The staff was very friendly and professional. I met with Dr St. Louis. Honestly the best doctor I met in my 48 years on this planet. He was extremely personable and relatable. He diagnosed the knee quickly and provided a solution. Long story short one day later and it's my first day in 8 weeks without pain. Thank you Dr. St Louis"
