"I have been trying for 3 weeks to get an appointment scheduled. 3 days after the order was faxed, I called and was told they were still working on orders received a week ago and that if I did not hear back from them by Tuesday, I could give them a call. I called on Wednesday and I was still not in the system. I asked if they could check the 'pile' to confirm they had received the order and they said they could not. I had my doctor's office fax over another order and waited a week, no call. Called today and got a message instead of a live person that says "leave your name and number and type of exam and we will get back to you in the next few business days". No thanks!"

"When I was at my appointment, all went well. It was trying to schedule the appointment that was the issue. My doctor sent over the CT scan order to Derry Imaging on 12/27/23 and again on 1/8/24 and 1/11/24 as I informed my doctor that I had not heard from Derry Imaging regarding scheduling the scan. I did not receive a call from Derry Imaging until 1/15/24 to schedule. I did reach out to DI on 1/9/24 asking if they ever received my doctor's order and I was told they couldn't tell me as they had only processed orders up to 1/4/24 at that time."
