"DO NOT COME HERE! They don't respect the appointments, I was waiting for unloading 24 hours after I got the dock waiting for starting unloading for 3 hours, truckers don’t waste your time and money here and they are very slow when it comes to unloading!"

"Seems like they schedule everyone at the same time. No parking at all. But they do try and get u in and out. I sat in the check in line for about an hour and they only took about 30 mins to unload. Met this real nice hot guy at checkin/ security booth. He gets a 5."

"First, you check in at the front door and are assigned a dock. After parking, you have to go to the receiving office next to door 72 and file the documents. After that, if you pay the lumper fee online, the unloading is finished and the documents are delivered directly to the truck. All of this seems to take about 3 hours."

"I am a new driver and this is a very active docking area/ site that includes others truckers / cars / yard jockeys and pedestrians. Due to my nervousness and inexperience I would just stop and wait or try to move out the way while docking at my assigned door. By the grace of God I was fortunate to meet Mr. Mylan - a Hannaford yard jockey who helped to still the flow of traffic so that I could safely navigate to dock. He truly is a god send - warm, welcoming presence. Extremely professional and very helpful. It’s employees like this that are assets, upholding good work environment & just a pleasure to interact with. I can not thank you enough Mylan."
