"We were very disappointed in our experience with Distinctive Tile & Design. After three visits to the showroom to have someone contact us, we were told our phone number was incorrect in their system. It then took over a month for a person to come to measure our job. We again had to contact the salesperson because the measurer didn't have the right phone number. When the General Manager came to measure he took lots of notes regarding our wishes and noted the two weeks we would be on vacation (2 months later) as a time we did not want installation. He indicated he would make a plan drawing of our wishes. Yes, they scheduled us for the first Monday of the beginning of vacation. My husband stayed home to meet the installer. The installer didn't come until Wednesday, didn't have any of the information or plan from the General Manager, and ended up not having enough material. The installer had to wait for more material to be ordered and the job we were told would take two days, ended up taking three weeks. We then had to have the installer come back to finish cleaning up the grout he left on the tiles. Unprofessional does not begin to describe the experience we had with Distinctive Tile & Design."
