"Austin was a pleasure to work with, from our initial contact, to scheduling and right through to the completion of the work. He did an amazing job on our backsplash tile. We also had an area of mosaic tile done above our range for our pot filler. He took the time to lay out the pattern for the precise cuts. It came out beautifully. Austin is very professional and his communication is excellent. He works neat and he thoroughly cleaned all of the work areas and surfaces. He had many great suggestions as far as grout color and care and maintenance of the tile and our quartz counters. "Working with Austin and his team was great. We had them redo our entire first floor to bring it up to date. They removed our tile, slate, and wood from the floor, then they laid more updated tile, slate and wood back down. They were very thorough, responsible, punctual, responsive, and just plain wonderful to work with! We always knew where we were in the queue (yes, there is a queue), and we wish more people and companies were as customer-centric as AC Tileworks. They continually asked if we were happy and if we wanted to change anything - mid-stream! The work was top-notch and incredible. The end result was better than we imagined! Pictures attached.
