"We recently used Mr. Handyman to clean the gutters of our very tall house within tight quarters of our neighbors on the East End in Portland. The moment I called to inquire and schedule the job I experienced efficient, friendly and professional interaction. The communication was top notch and I even received a text with a picture and background of the technician coming to do the job. The text also let me know when he would arrive and I was able to live track his location as he was heading to my home. Luke was our technician and he couldn’t have been more professional as well as polite and he got right to work. In this day and age when finding and hiring contractors is so difficult this was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend."

"Our most recent project together was to replace a failed wooden fence running across my backyard. Holy Wow -- I am kind of particular but not excessively so for a thing that I"ll be looking at for years -- at least I don't think so! But it was very time consuming to get a fence style I liked that did not break my bank. Julia their manager was willing to do so much back and forth with me I felt like i was her only customer. At one point she went over to Home Depot personally to check out a sample I'd seen and liked but which she was having trouble getting info on. And finally she sourced some lovely lumber at a local family owned lumberyard that saved me a huge amount of money. Installation was speedy and tidy and on time and all the things you want. The fence builder men were friendly and capable and my fence looks great. Super happy with this job. (And yes, they cut out a piece of fence to accomodate the tree and it is beautifully supported on the other side.)"

"Extremely disappointing work. We usually paint ourselves but decided to splurge and have it done. What a mess. We complained and they send someone out to fix it, yikes. Dried dripping paint, slopped onto ceiling, uneven texture, all over the wood trim, corners missed, obvious thin spots. We also have a medicine cabinet installed. There was paint inside the cabinet as well as joint compound."

"Mr.Handyman does a nice job in reviewing the issues and responding if it's something they are able to do. They provide estimates on some items and others we just appreciate that they send a skilled tech out to do a repair or job. They do book out a little bit on the calendar and had to reschedule one time as a tech was not well, however, the next week the tech was onsite. That's great service and taking thoughtful care of their employees. The internal staff is excellent yet it can take time for them to get back to you so be patient as everyone has labor shortages. The tech's that I have dealt with have excellent backgrounds and professional in approach and the work is good."
