"Bad customer service in Biddeford store. Rude & they have a attitude not impressed with the staffing associates. Just my opinion this has been my 3rd visit & same bad service the manager has alo to learn about what customer service entails seriously ridiculous. Not a happy customer at all need to find a different place for my hair products. ASAP!!"

"This location is never open the hours that they claim to be open. Today was the fifth time in the past two months that I have arrived to find their doors locked more than 30 minutes before the sign on the door states. I have two online orders to pick up. I arrived at the store at 5:23 and the door was locked, even though they had a sign posted that they closed at 6pm. I even called the store on my lunch break and was told that they were open until 6. Do better Sally's! Thank you for wasting my time. It's 45 minutes each way for me to drive to this location because you closed my local store."

"I just experienced the worst customer service from Darlene the store manager at the Biddeford store! I have been managing retail stores, district manager for over 30 years and have never experienced such poor service. I had purchased an online shampoo that was not opened and wanted to exchange it for another shampoo they just received. She was unable to find my online purchase and was insistent there was NOTHING she could do. She was loud, rude and extremely obnoxious. What a shame. I use to love shopping at Sally’s in Biddeford. There definitely needs to be management training on customer service at this store."

"I really don’t think I could ask for a better experience whenever I’ve been here! The staff has been super friendly and super helpful. I did my own hair for the first time and my first attempt I didn’t get the color I want, but definitely close. The second time I went, I asked an employee for help figuring out how to get the specific color I want - and after doing it tonight I’m thrilled with how it came out!! The employee was so quick to help and made sure everyone in the store at the time was helped. She even asked that I come back so she could see it done, which was a super nice personal touch. I definitely don’t think I’ll go anywhere else for the products I need from now on!"
