"Great company, this location is not its best. However they get it done. The employees try their best, however the store is managed poorly."

"As hard as I try to keep things local . they have consistently pushed me to go to the big box stores. 1 I ordered windows and someone in the office decided to cancell them without telling anyone. After I had already paid for them. Took me 16 weeks to get. 2 I am disables and have been there 4 times and the front desk called the yard for help. Each time I waited for 1/2 hour and finally loaded myself. 3 I ordered a stock sidind on Saturday and was told it would be in on Wednesday. I got no call so Friday I called and they said it didn't make the truck. It will be another week.its a good thing I'm not trying to make a living off these peoplei pitty any builder that has to put up with this piss pore service ."

"Sales associates were extremely helpful everyone comes up to you and asks you if there's anything that they can help you find and they do so more than once pretty much every time that they walk by they make sure that your finding everything okay which is something really hard to find anywhere else as most of the stores that offer Building Supplies are rather large these days and understaffed. The people here seem to be in a great mood considering they are at work. This company has been in business for a long time I'm not sure how long and they hold true to a customer-centric focus which has enabled them to stay here as long as they have in the community as the leading lumber yard and Manufacturing facility in the area."

"I have bought my building supplies at Middleton Building Supply since 1992. I have been very satisfied with the products and staff. You can imagine my regret when I ordered four rolls of ninety pound roofing last fall. Three partial rolls were delivered and one roll was on back order. Later the back order was filled with a full roll. I was charged for four full rolls. Recently I brought this problem to the attention of the staff. They were understanding and promised to send over a new roll that day. They did. The driver showed up with a roll half empty at least. Worse yet when I mentioned that it had clearly been retapped he said he was the one who tapped it. Worse yet, he handed me a bill for a full roll of material. VERY DISAPPOINTING,"
