"Mike and Exeter Carpet Co were great. I originally was going to use Home Depot's carpet installation service because I could get a quote on their website, and assumed it would be cheaper and easier than working with an independent shop. HD turned out to be a huge pain so I called Exeter Carpet Co. I got a middle quality carpet and it was less expensive than the cheapest option at HD. They were very easy to work with and they got the job done in a couple hours. We are very pleased."

"Made an appointment to get rooms measured for a new project. Let the owner know I was driving an hour just to meet him. Waited 30 minutes past the appointment time and called and left a message. He did not show, did not text, did not call, did not answer calls or return messages. Wasted 3 hours that day. He called me back a few days later and I gave him another shot. We set a time and he said he’d call me when he was 30 minutes away. I show up early and wait. 30 minutes past our appointment I call and leave a message. He calls me back 15 minutes later (45 minutes late) and asks if we are still on. I said yes and wait. 45 minutes later he calls me and asks where the house is. He drove to the wrong town/street. Needless to say, this was another 4 hour chunk of my life I wasn’t getting back. The owner says he’s going to make it right and give me a call in 5 minutes. Of course I never hear from him. What is wrong with people? If you are too busy to do a simple quote, JUST SAY SO!!!!"
