She has gone above and beyond to help me during a stressful time of moving from another state, and honestly I don't know what I would have done without her help! As the move was happening I had a moment of panic and thought perhaps my stuff wouldn't all fit into the unit I had rented. On the fly, Alicia lined me up with a back-up unit, so if I needed more space it would be available- what a stress relief that was! She was incredibly nice and helpful from the moment I walked in the first time to inquire about renting space there, and ever since she has been there for me whenever I've needed. I highly recommend this place, mainly because my experience has been so positive with management, billing, etc, as well as the fact that their units are clean and the facility is very orderly.
