"I had acrylic polish applied. The male technician speaks very little English and he never explained how permanent this polish is nor did I know to ask. He didn’t do a nice job. When I went back to have the fingernail polish removed he used a grinding tool. He ground down so much that my nails were damaged. They were so thin that as they grew out they would break, crack and snap off as soon as they grew beyond the nail bed. I went back after a week and tried to explain my disappointment to the manager. Neither he nor the tech who did the work or another worker seemed to get why I was upset. No apology. He told me to come back in two weeks and he’d do my nails. It took almost four M0NTHS for my nails grew out enough to look and feel normal. This grinding procedure is dangerous. The nail became too thin to protect the nail bed from bacteria. Is this the procedure they always use? I’ll never go back, even to demand a refund."

"Took my daughter to get her acrylics put on. In 2 days, two had popped off and within 5 days she had 7 of 10 popped off. She was told she had to be careful but has never had the issue before at other places. The nail tech was rude but did replace the 7 however, did it in 20 minutes and didn't do everything. Customer service is low as is the quality. I would not recommend this place."

"I have been going here since 2010 when I moved to Standish. I still go back often even though I have moved to Gorham because they are such nail artists , and I am always pleased with the beautiful result. Nice clean open air atmosphere, and the service is always wonderful and accommodating."

"I’d give zero stars if possible. She cut one of my cuticles so badly it wouldn’t stop bleeding. She kept painting layers of gel right over the blood and wound, blood streaking between every layer and she used the communal bottles of polish!!! Incredibly unsanitary, for me and any future customers she will use the same gel undercoat and pink color on. 2 days before my wedding! Left with a bloody, swollen ring finger. It does hurt and I was charged full price. Wasn’t thrilled with other parts of my experience either, but that takes the cake."
