I've had Billy as my stylist for about 18 yrs & won't even consider going elsewhere. He knows my likes, dislikes & most importantly... my hair. Many times I will simply give him a little direction as to what style or color that I want & the results are a hairstyle & color that compliment me. He's also able to use hair style images to give you the look you want. As with any stylist or salon, there are likely to be a few discrepancies between what I envisioned & the style or color I end up with. When that happens, Billy has ALWAYS told me to just tell him & he'll fix it... and he's true to his word. I find the salon's service & staff to be friendly & accommodating to my needs."
