"I apparently had the last appointment of the day. The lady who cut my hair absolutely butchered it. She didn't even offer to blow dry it or ask if I wanted it blow dried. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home and dried it. I called to complain and of course they are closed until Tuesday. I have a wedding to go to tomorrow so i have to try to find someone to fix my hair in the morning. I will never go back to the Hair Loft."
