Do not use them if you want fair, transparent pricing. It can happen to you too. If your contractor recommends them, I would highly suggest you go elsewhere to get an impartial retailer who is not looking to line their partners pockets at your expense. edit in response: you can tell by their response who is their priority in any transaction. go elsewhere if you want to be the priority. And this is not the equivalent of going to a restaurant as you say. This is the equivalent of us asking what the materials and services YOUR business supplied cost. I am not asking you for the amount our contractor charged. Again see the lack of dedication to service and transparency they have towards the people paying for everything. There are MANY options in this space. Learn from my mistake and go elsewhere and save yourself the headache."
