"Terrible experience with poor customer service. Yesterday I went into Sun Bum to get a spray tan. I was treated in a rude and disrespectful manner when told I could not get a spray tan because it was 15 minutes before closing. I realize I was cutting it close, but I had driven 40 minutes to get there and got caught in construction and traffic. The receptionist was rolling her eyes at me and had no sympathy for my situation. There are many ways this situation could have been dealt with, but her attitude made it a terrible experience. I asked why the website doesn’t say that they stop providing services at 7:45, and why the open sign was still on if they were no longer open at 7:45. She didn’t offer anything to make up for this frustrating circumstance. Today I went to sun tan city, was met by the nicest receptionists, got a spray tan for $5 because of a special they were offering, and received a free spray tan in the future for buying a product. I will continue going to suntan city where professionalism and customer satisfaction are valued."

Facility was clean and I got some good color, really liked the atmosphere, prices were fair, young lady at the desk could've been a little more personable but oh well, I got what I went in for, some warmth and some sunlight!! Will definitely be returning!!"
