"I am honestly very angry with my experience. I asked for a light to dark brown ombré. I left and paid almost $100 for blonde hilights. This was almost a week ago. I had to spend more money at a diffrent salon to get it fixed. My hair is falling out from being over processed. I've done treatments to my ruined hair and its just falling out from being processed for almost an hour and a half. My hair is now very straw like and stiff.. I've always had soft and healthy hair and now it's literaly ruined. Although my hair is fixed now it should have never needed to be fixed in the first place. For the money I paid my hair should at least stay on my head! I went to above and beyond to get fixed. They are super personal and know exactly what they are doing. They are super nice and have a playful crew who take their time to make you look amazing before you walk out. I would 100% go there if you are looking for a good hair cut and dye. Somethhing these pictures don't show is the straight line above my ear. Part of my hair is shaved and there is no way to fix what they did until my hair grows out. I don't have hair to cut in order to fix the damage that has been done. (the first picture is what i asked for the second and third is what i got and the fourth is when it was fixed at above and beyond)"
