"I have been going to Paula Wallace for almost 5 years now for highlights etc. She was recommended to me by a gal I randomly met at a nail salon. Since I had just moved here from California, I was worried that anyone I found wouldn’t do what I liked to my hair. Paula was outstanding and surpassed all of my expectations. "The inside is small, but not crowded at all. They offered drinks, snacks, and candies! I was intimidated walking in, purely because it was so beautiful. The place and everyone working there! They’re personable, talkative, and super friendly. I sat down, Michelle asked me what I wanted to do, told me what she noticed, and asked questions etc. I was educated on my own hair, and on hair in general. They work with you, and listen to what YOU want, while also giving their own professional opinion. I have never been so smiley leaving a salon. I cannot wait to go back!"
