"Friendly enough, however we have encountered several issues. Wrong wood delivered and charged for pressure treated. Separate occasion- Given the wrong recommendation to purchase pressure treated wood and ended up needing to exchange it. The price was never adusted to our account and I had to re purchase the wood in order for them to deliver it and pick up the original set. We purchased picnic tables and noticed after they delivered them the wood was with splitting on the benches. It's as if they are unloading the defective pieces on us because its delivery? Shouldn't you pick and send your best when it's your buisness and reputation? Shouldn't we get what we pay for? If you decide to purchase from this company be sure to pick the wood out yourself to insure that it isnt bowed or the like and that it is good quality lumber. We really tried to like this place as they are in close proximity to our home and they deliver. Unfortunately it has been a much more costly venture then we care to have had and will be msking our larger purchases elsewhere from now on. Best of luck and hopefully they will address some of the issues they are having."
