"J&J installed carpets at our vacation home up in the Conway area and we were SO HAPPY with the result! It was a pleasure working with them. I went into the show room and after explaining what I was trying to do and what my price range was, I was shown to the appropriate options so I didn't have to comb over everything. They ordered me some samples that came in within a week and were able to get out and measure within a week or two as well. During the measuring, the gentleman from J&J helped with concerns we had about transitions. The timeline for carpet delivery and then install was clearly communicated when I went in the first time so I knew to expect about an 8 week lead time (which was faster than I was expecting, frankly!). The date was agreed on when I paid the deposit and they were right on schedule. The install was fast, professional and cleaned up well. I'm glad we went with a professional that handles the entire process end-to-end - and the price was comparable to the estimate we'd previously gotten from a big box store. Glad to patron a local vendor instead!"

"Completely unprofessional operation. Came to my home 3 weeks ago to measure and never provided an estimate. I’ve called three times and each time I’m told, ‘it’s coming, be patient, another 3 more days and you’ll have it.’ Needless to say, they don’t deliver on their promises. The THIRD time I called to ask about my quote, they were very snippy and short. Super unprofessional. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!"
