"Went there today for help replacing my insinkerator and all the drain piping that I had to cut out with it. Problem was it was all hard piped in and couldn’t break away anything. I tried calling a plumber but we’re to busy with emergent calls from the hyper freezing temps. That said, these guys were great! Helpful answered all my questions and offered suggestions to help me in the future if I needed to repair a piece. Place was just like the old school shops where they come and help you and the price ( I checked) was better than that other big store I’m use to down in Mass! Great place and will be back."

Long story short nobody had the part. Only saw it online for under 200.00 but we couldn't wait for it as it was getting really cold at night. Finally my husband found one at Smithfield plumbing. The workers were standoffish. Very "Unfriendly" I found the part there alright. I was shocked at the price. The average price was @200.00 at the other places had they had them in stock but no unfortunately for me the only place that had them in stock was this place.
