"My wife Rosalinda has always had good experiencies with Denise at the salon. She was on vacation and was referered to Jackelyn. Unfortunally, she had bad experiences with Jackelyn. She gave her a bad haircut, it was so bad that my wife had to go twice to the salon. The worst thing is that Jackelyn didn't admited her mistake, instate she made all kind of excuses to cover her fault. On top of everything she had no respect for my wife who is an eldery person."
