"First off, is this US Markerboard or Brite Inc, because they seem to be the same company. I started off working with US Markerboard but ended up in the wretched care of Brite Inc. Regardless, if I could give this company 0 stars I would. Probably the worst experience I had with a merchant in a very long time. The process was way too confusing for no reason, and communication with the sales team was awful. I had to keep calling and emailing just to get responses. They told me my board was "customized" but never sent the link for customization, the sales associate did it for me. When I asked about it and questioned why I was never sent a link for customization their responses were the same "its customized" and never actually tried to listen to my issue. Also, their director of sales [Danielle] was extremely rude and was even worse than the sales associates in listening to my questions. They already had my money so they were pretty much done with me... they didn't want to hear it. It was cheaper and easier to purchase a whiteboard from ULINE. If you are able to, I would go with them instead of this company that doesn't explain much and then refuses to listen when you have issues with the order after the fact."
