"I stopped in to talk options and schedule an estimate today after speaking with Chad a week prior. I was met by the owner's daughter who I found less than helpful about choosing materials and who would not stay on the subject of the job. I tried politely redirecting her back to the job several times, especially after she brought up local politics, but to no avail. I had not made any connections between the business and local politics and have been so busy with home repairs after natural disasters I wouldn't have known or thought anything about it if she didn't insist on pushing the subject. In the course of this she said something I found incredibly disrespectful to/about me personally, so I told her why I was leaving and left. I love getting to know folks, I love a good chat, but this was completely unprofessional. I'm very disappointed as I had spoken with Chad the week prior, who I found to be very professional and helpful, and was excited about having the work completed with the help of a local, family owned business. I'm giving 3 stars instead on 1 because of this prior experience."

"Great folks. Family-owned and a great place to get information and materials for your project. One of the most helpful and friendly business I've visited. Take home some samples to see how your floor will 'really' look at night and morning. We went through many samples and they provided them all with a smile, info on the product and a 'let us know if we can help'. It was simply a pleasure, doing business here."
