"Wish I had gotten the woman's name. I believe she was a manager. Acceptional service. We were in and out because she grabbed us everything we needed while up selling us on all ion products and getting us 20% off. I will be back."

"A woman with dark black hair should be fired. She gave me and others the wrong color hair dye MULTIPLE times and even insisted that a gentle 20 volume will lift DARK nearly black hair to a dirty blonde. Please hire people who can at least do a quick Google search, I’m not even asking for a specialist. I’m asking for someone with common sense. If you want to try anything with your hair and don’t know much do NOT go here! I wouldn’t even trust this place getting a right nail polish to be honest. Never had an issue at any other Sally’s, but that one worker needs to be either fired, stop helping customers out front, and tested for color blindness."

"Had a terrible interaction with a girl named Willow. I was next door conducting business in spectrum, stopped by quickly to say hi to another employee and the entire time, I was being glared at. At no point was I disrespectful or hindering business. Later I returned to conduct business at a neighboring store again and when I got out of my vehicle I was being glared at like I did something wrong. I was later told that apparently if I came into your store, Willow was going to kick me out. I may not conduct business at this store frequently, but with employees like this, I will not purchase anything from there again. If this is what corporate Sally Beauty encourages, is stuck up, rude, and disrespectful young women, then my family nor I will give our business there ever again."

"Employee with vibrant purple/blue hair gave me incorrect advice, I listened to her thinking she knew what she was talking about, she did not, and now I have to pay a professional roughly $300 to correct this error. Not only did she steer me in the VERY WRONG direction with my hair, she was abrasive and short with me, I asked minimal questions as I trusted her knowledge, but the few questions I did ask she made me feel stupid for even asking. Not only was my personal experience NOT GOOD, but she also was rude to another girl who was working in the store while I was in there and the whole experience was very unprofessional. This particular employee made me feel very unwelcome from the jump, and then I ruined my hair because I listened to this girl. I wish I had dealt with ANY of the other employees, as I have always enjoyed my experiences shopping at Sally's, but this has turned me off from the store entirely."
