"If I could give zero stars for this store today I would. I waited in line was never acknowledged by Alex and then when I got to the counter; he told me he didn’t have the paint I was looking for before I even told him what I was looking for. He acknowledged 2 younger women that came in right away and told me to come back Monday and that I should try Aubuchon and went to wait in the younger girls. The whole time he was sniffing so hard through his nose I was unsure if he had just done lines or was trying to keep his brain from slipping through his nose. He was rude and zero customer service skills. I will NEVER shop here again in Rumford nor will I ever recommend the store to anyone. You lost a good customer. I’ll drive an extra hour before I ever step foot in here again."
"I had a few problems in the Auburn store which was out if the ordinary but just kept happening. Rumford store answered the call for the completion of our project. I take my hat off to those that work at the Rumford store. They took care of an exchange of products when they had nothing at all to do with the issue. Not only did they fix it but they showed respect and brought back my faith in the Sherwin Williams stores that I use often. I am relieved and appreciative for they're help 6 stars all day in Rumford"

"The staff is great! The products are great and they are my go to place for any job I'm working on. My products are delivered to me if needed wich also means a lot to me saving me time and money. I've learned a lot from the staff . It's easy to see they try very hard to please and do a great job !"

There are so many products on the shelf, but a good or great store manager is priceless to the company and its consumers.
