"The first picture is the picture my daughter showed the hair stylist; my daughter ask if she could do it and the stylist said she knew how and had done something similar last week. However, the second picture shows the lack of ability the stylist claimed to have. It is not even remotely close. Maybe the stylist would have noticed my daughter was unhappy and in tears if she had actually interacted with her more instead of everyone else in the salon. Basically, we were told we could go back in 4 weeks after the undercut grew out and she could fix it. Still had to pay full price. My daughter was adamant about not going back, first and last time at this place. We will not return for a second chance."

"We brought my 1.5 year old son in for his first ever haircut at Hairitage. My son was not a fan of getting his hair cut, but I am a huge fan of Hairitage now! He absolutely would not sit still, and it didn't phase our stylist a bit. She did what she had to do, distracting him, walking all around and back and forth to get the angle she needed, and the whole time talking to him trying to put him at ease. Thanks Hairitage, relieved to find a place that is good with kids and great prices too! We will definitely be back."
