"While I understand fees for last minute cancellations, I also believe in empathy and discretion when it comes to something beyond anyone’s control. E.G. having to cancel an appointment because you’re physically unable to sit in a chair for 2 hours due to an unexpected emergency surgery. The human (?) that answered the phone and told me that they’ll be charging my card 100% of the service fee ($150) without even speaking to the person my appointment was actually with has guaranteed that I’ll never be making an appointment here again. Hugely disappointing experience especially after several recommendations from friends. Pathetic and mercenary way to run a business imo."

"The stylist took 6 inches off my hair when I asked for 2. I asked for a partial highlight light blond and Highs and lows. she turned my hair brown, put toner in my hair with a cap for 15 minutes never heard such a thing. I’ve always only had toner put in for about five minutes and then washed out, place was dirty unkept, baby in a walker rolling all over the place grabbing supplies, grabbing hot irons, curling irons and blow dryers. It was insane!"
