I received a follow up phone call with a lovely woman (my mom brain forgot her name) from the office at the location I rented from. She provided me with great information and had great customer service. She answered any questions I had and was very kind, patient, and understanding. I am happy I chose this location and company to get a unit through. When I went to go check the unit out, the directions given to me over the phone were exact. The convenience and ease of getting to my unit was great. Unit was just as expected. The insurance requirement is bit silly since it doesn't really cover anything that is likely to happen. A flood is more realistic than the owner not closing the gate. But it is what it is. The location is perfect for my needs. And the staff is wonderful."
