"Great customer service, very friendly, honest, and helpful. One item I brought in he was not interested in since he had so many similar items already, but he gave me some excellent information about the item which was greatly appreciated because I was having a hard time finding info"
"The man who is there is rude and mean everytime I am in there he has a bad attitude while treating people like they are beneath him. He has never given me or anybody I know a fair price he has ripped off multiple people and when he does he doesn’t ask for I.D. My friend had a old G.I. Joe doll he knew it was worth more than he gave her he quickly gave her 20 dollars didn’t take her identification or anything she deserved more but he assumed she was stupid and took advantage or the situation. I would go just about anywhere else trust me you will regret visiting this man and will most likely be offended when you leave if you just wanna find junk or get rid of something for a percent of its value this is your man. I can honestly say every visit I walked out feeling like I was bullied and very mistreated for no reason other than he is a rude and probably pointlessly angry I would definitely find somewhere else if your trying to sell your valuables otherwise your gonna walk out with way less than you deserve plus he will make you feel like your stupid while being in someway offended for no reason at all terrible customer service in every way possible. I completely expect his response to be equally if not more rude than every visit I and others have made to the store because he knows the truth believe it or not all I’ve every asked is for the smallest amount of decency and respect for simple transactions instead he would rather get you out of there ASAP then have a normal business converstion instead you feel as if you’ve said or did something wrong just by walking in to ask or sell anything."
"Well I found several things for myself and a few friends. Rich was helpful and had reasonable prices for the things I purchased. I happily spent $150 more than I thought I would when I walked through the door."
"They have alot cool neat things in there that my mother would like and I just stop in sometimes to look at some things , although I've had a hard time personally selling anything there.... wish maybe some type of option was available to pawn it than come back later to receive an item back"
"Good price and good services"
