"Terrible customer service. Rude on the phone when calling about product warranties or even basic question about swim spa. We purchased a home in July 2023 that came with a swim spa from Crocker Sales Co Inc. Unfortunately, they do not honor warranties to new homeowners even though the swim spa was under warranty for at least another year. The previous owners did not check water levels of swim spa up until their departure and we had to replace the control unit. We replaced this in August 2023 and by January 2024 it has already broken. Between the control screen, filters, and labor we spent over $800. When calling Crocker for help and guidance we were received with such tones that made it seem like it was our fault the unit broke… again. Ultimately, we received no customer support. It is incredibly unprofessional and poor business planning that they don’t guarantee any of their products. Strongly do NOT recommend these people."
