"Horrible customer service, payed for a cleaning, it was done so poorly they sent another guy out the next day, even that guy looked at me and said the 1st guy did a bad job."

"Unacceptable service. When I scheduled the pool opening, I asked to speak to the technician about an issue with the filter. He opened the pool and left without speaking to us. The filter failed by the next day. I called three straight days to get them back here and they kept saying they'd fit me in the schedule but didn't show up the first two days. But hey, they already charged our card $400 so what was their urgency? They returned on the third day and said we needed a new motor. I also scheduled a cleaning (think it's called a "super-vac") of the pool and salt cell so we could get the pool open in time for the kids' birthday party a week later. Five days later, I called wondering about the motor. They said it had arrived in stock but didn't know why the technician hadn't showed up to our house to replace it. He finally showed up two days later (DURING the party). But there was no cleaning. So I called again about the cleaning. Guy on the phone gave me an attitude about how they're busy and I can't expect the technicians to remember everything. He actually said that. Unbelievable. So they showed up six days later for the cleaning because it was their next open date. The cleaning crew shut off our filter and salt system and didn't turn it back on, and also didn't inform us of this. I noticed that a couple days later and also realized they hadn't cleaned the salt cell. So I called back the store to have them return to clean the cell. They said the cell cleaning wasn't on record. They've got an excuse for everything. They returned a day later to do that. It took them nearly a month to have our pool open and ready for use. The only reason I kept calling back is because they automatically charge your card upon their alleged completion of the job. I couldn't figure out how they got so many overwhelmingly positive reviews online. Then I checked the usernames that were eerily similar. Looks like the company is rating its own service. If you don't want an experience like mine -- failing to open a pool in time for a kids' birthday party, calling almost every day to ask when they're coming, absurdly rude customer service -- don't even bother with New England Pool and Spa."

"This is our second hot tub purchase from New England Spas. Due to a move, we needed to purchase a second hot tub. By the way, our first hot tub, a Hot Springs Prodigy, is still running and looks like new after 10 years. The delivery crew of Rory, Alex and Brandon arrived on time, were very personable and set the hot tub exactly as we wanted it. Thank you for great service and an excellent product."

"I have been going to New England Pool for about 9 yrs. now. They have the most knowledgeable staff! They have done everything from replacing my pump, filter and liner!!! When I come in with a water sample they know all the specs about my pool "its right in their computer" and they are always know the right things to do!! Their service technicians are top notch, and Kevin in the store knows everything their is to know about pools! I have friends who have gone to other pool stores and spent tons of money on chemicals and their pool is still not clear, I sent them to see kevin and now they can't believe they ever went anywhere else, the knowledge of the staff here is matched by no other! I recently had a seal let go in my pump and they were able to come out that day and fix it INCREDIBLE!! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!"
