"The basketball courts here are absolutely pathetic. Total joke. They charge high fees, yet spend no money on renovations. They spent a ton of money on a pool, but spend nothing on the courts. Someone going to get seriously injured…It’s a law suit waiting to happen!"
"Staff always greet you with a smile. Very clean. There is so much variety. In the past week I've done strength training, taken aqua aerobics, shot some hoops, swam laps, and took a sauna. It's not cheap, but if you will be using all the options it's definitely worth it. I do know there is finincial assistance available if needed. I really enjoy the atmosphere: this is truly an all-inclusive place."
"I constantly face the same issue with this facility. They close the pool area if there is any lightning or thunder and do not reopen it on the same day. According to the rule stated on their website, 'When thunder or lightning is first noticed, pool activities will be suspended and all aquatic areas will be evacuated until 30 minutes after the last sign of thunder or lightning.' It clearly states 30 minutes! However, it has been 2 hours since the storm passed and the skies are clear. To confirm the situation, I called the facility at 7 PM, knowing their usual excuses. The person on the phone informed me that it would remain closed for tonight. When I mentioned the rule of waiting for 30 minutes and the 2-hour gap since the last thunder, she became rude. When I asked for her name, she simply hung up. I called Nashua branch and they are open... What terrible customer service and disrespect to their customers..."
"A few things: 1. There are WAY too many underage kids in the weight room (isn't that also a liability concern?). Staff needs to keep a closer eye in this area as it's starting to become a jungle gym. 2. Cleaning should be higher on the priority list. The amount of dust bunnies and clogged HVAC vents I've seen here is kind of gross. 3. The front desk staff could be friendlier. Saying "hello" and "have a nice day" goes a long way."
"Our first activity! Great run thank you for hosting this run. We had such a great time and am looking forward to next year, with more of us involved! Thank you for the well appreciated snacks for the runners and us spectators!"
