"Due to the supply chain issues, the pool we were expecting to be installed in July didn't break ground until September. When it was time for the NE AutoCover guys, they were quick and delightful. I also called for detail about the pool's coping, and they were helpful. "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We contacted this company to do an automatic pool cover on our pool. They said they had everything to do our pool on the date we need; everything was in stock according to them. A week before we are supposed to start the pool install (the day they said they would be there doing whatever they need to do), they called to say they didn’t have anything in stock for our pool and it would take 8 weeks!! Our pool installer warned us about this company, told us APC would say anything to get our business since they have a $7k profit on these covers. Very unprofessional to lie to us. They just lost business because of this; we are not waiting on them!"
