"Dave’s above ground pool took my deposit and then did not call for two weeks. When he called, he did not have an install date and we waited another two weeks and still did not get an install date. He does not answer his phone or call back and the times that he does he is demeaning. He raised the price three times. I finally left him a message requesting my deposit back so that I could find another company since he would not give me an install date and he never called me back and never gave me my deposit back. I would not recommend this contractor to my worst enemy!"

"Had a brand new cover that I ordered… Was missing a winch. They showed up started pumping the pool… Got everything ready to go… Then when they discovered no winch… they said sorry can’t help you… Just left. Will never use these people. Ridiculous customer service."

"Reading previous reviews about lack of communication/lag in response time, I can say this is true to a degree (hence why 4 stars not 5). One has to keep in mind however that Dave, who from what I gather is a "one man show" on the booking/scheduling side, and his crew are pretty up against it this time of year. Being at the mercy of the weather, as well as the unpredictable nature of what they might find once they start a job, can make keeping an exact time schedule difficult I'm sure. This was the situation for my install with Dave. The job was a bit more involved than originally anticipated, due to the ground under the pool being very soft/sandy, which made excavating with his Bobcat impossible. This pushed my job back a week or two, but ultimately Dave was able to come up with a solution and we ended up with a perfect install. Also, there is not a lot of wasted motion with these guys. Once they are on site and get going they bang things out pretty quickly. My 27 ft. round pool, with a large deck to work around, was up and had water going in all in about 4 hours. Long story short, if you can be a little patient/flexible with your install timeline you'll end up with a pool installed perfectly."

"Understand these installers are up against it. So patience is key. Calls were returned when he had a chance, again he’s fielding over 100 calls per week Dave is a no nonsense guy and a pro all the way He showed up when he said he would and held to his quoted price. His crew (4) are a good bunch of guys and we’re polite and courteous It was all work no play and the site was cleaned up. The pool is strong and level. I would strongly recommend David’s service"

"Dont waste your money total hack rushed through it cut the new liner wrong. When I called to ask what he could do completely blew me off.. cashed check and disappeared. If your having pool work done look around for someone who knows what there doing."
