"The costumer service is awful The guy is crazy I tried scheduling an appointment for a close for a new house I bought in Malden He didn’t want to schedule it because my phone number is not from MA I asked him to take my credit card He told me they don’t do business like that Don’t waste your time."

"Rudest person ever! I have never dealt with such an ignorant person, elderly man that just screams at you. Not sure if he owns this place, but it's 3 times already. Why I went back, I don't know. But never again."

"Omg …the owner was so rude to me . It was my first time in the store and he was not helpful at all. I am so disappointed. I am now wondering how can someone do consumer service like that :("

"I came last year and this gentleman was not so nice but because I needed the pieces to a part in my pool filter, I came and retrieved the piece. This man is so unprofessional, rude, and condescending. I am a new pool owner so I absolutely know that I needed help but every time I would call or come to the store he would just insult me as a woman and speak on how I was not treating my pool properly (it worked fine until I had the hiccup with the parts). I felt so disappointed and disrespected. Maybe because I am a woman and a new homeowner there are not much things I know. But one thing I do know is when someone is coming to your for help, help them. Be polite. Listen to the customer. Don’t degrade them and talk down to them in front of other people. Maybe it’s because I’m a woman. I am unsure but wow, I left crying both days and no resolution to my pool problem. Hope you all have better luck :-("

"Ex owner was a very nice and helpful guy,I came over to buy chemicals for my pool and get advices when I got there there was a new owner,very mean to me,very disrespectful specially fo his age,treated me very bad,what bad customer service and relationship with his customer,for sure he won’t stay in business for too long,don’t recommend people to go to this pool supplies store anymore,unless the ex owner buy the business back. God bless this new owner with his new business which won’t last for too long unless he has enough saving to keep up the business bills. Good luck and thanks to make me feel really bad screaming at me in front of other people for no reason."
