"I had always felt uncomfortable dancing and the thought of dancing caused me a lot of anxiety. At a turning point in my life, I started to tackle my fears head on. I found papermoon through google and joined their monthly group lesson plan (which I highly recommend). It took a while to get comfortable and work through my anxiety, but I am glad I started dancing with them. The other students were so friendly and helpful. I have been to many studios and danced many different styles from around the world since my first years at papermoon. I am lucky I found papermoon. If I had started at another studio, I doubt I would have stayed with dance. The skill of Ray and Maria and the community they created are the only way I got through my anxiety. It has been a decade now and dancing is the thing I love most. I am truly grateful for their help, support and friendship when I needed it most."
