"Open swim is rarely open and they are no longer doing swim lessons. Now no open swim, lessons or birthday parties for the summer... My son took lessons for several years and it was a great program with attentive and encouraging instructors and smaller class sizes with multiple instructors under Val Dors. Ever since she left the whole program went down hill. One instructor teaching one class filled with different abilities. So you had advanced students bored out of their mind and kids needing more skills practice getting barely any time to practice their skills. Kids only did 2 maybe 3 drills before the end of class because there were too many kids. My son lost skills until we went to the ymca. We spent thousands of dollars on repairs and improvements and the community can't even use the pool for anything.... it's ridiculous..."
