"So frustrating. This is the only gym with a pool in the area that offers water areobics classes that I can afford and work with my schedule. There was an issue with the pool heater that finally got fixed, and the pool was great. Now suddenly nobody can figure out how to turn the heater on. It's winter in New England, we need warm water in the pool. I get that the lap swimmers like the temparture a bit cooler, although I have heard some of them complain that the water is too cold. I do not see why someone can't turn the heat up 30 mintues before the classes start to wam up the water and then turn it back down when we are done. That way everyone is happy. Plenty of complaints have been made to management and corporate, the standard response - "We are looking into it". What is there to look into? You have a heater for the pool, it has a control swtich - what am I missing? From what I uderstand this locatation was in danager of being closed, it was saved by the number of new members who joined because of the Aqua Fit classes that were added the the scheudle. You would think we would be shown more appreciation."

"Good overall gym with racquetball, cycling, basketball and the pool. Also rare for a gym now to have a sauna although full many times. Jerry is great when he is working but need more of the staff to help maintain and clean vs just sitting down on their phones."

"Great Experience with the gym. Currently a college student and have membership of summer and winter break. Hassle free memberships. Great gym equipment. I personally get a lot of use out of the pool, typically a lane is always open."

The staff is always friendly, the entire facility is very clean (I always see the staff cleaning), and the members are respectful. Thank you to the staff for always exceeding expectations.
