"Bought a home that had a 2 yr old hayward summit pool heater. It has a 5 yr parts warranty but because I'm not the original owner they tell me warranty is void. What does who owns the home have anything to do with warranty. This is just a way for them to get out of standing behind there product. Can't find anyone to work on it. Before buying anything from hayward look up the reviews on the better business bureau. They are a 1.5 star"

"WOW! Great customer service, extremely happy with the communication from Hayward - specifically Victor, the shipping manager! He was very nice in taking my call, taking time to research and find my order and go above and beyond to help me get the lights I need! In a time like this where there are supply shortages and shipping challenges, I'm sure his job is very stressful and he probably deals with a lot of rude people. He was so nice and patient in helping me; we need more Victor's in this world!!"

"Terrible communication skills. I had an interview in their North Kingstown, RI location. The interview went great and the manufacturing engineering manager said "HR would reach out to me and keep me updated in regards to the hiring process." Two weeks went by and I hear nothing, I called HR several times and left voicemails and I didn't even get a call back or email. A month goes by and I keep emailing them with no response what so ever. I am not upset I didn't get the job, It is just very unprofessional on their end to ignore me and not give me an update of where I stand in the hiring process."
