"When paying members are unable to access the classes or programs they desire due to their being full how should, will management react to correct this? Notably the deep water pool offerings are at issue. This is a serious enough issue for one not to extend, continue a membership. Thank you."

"I joined Works with high expectations, attracted by its reputable facilities and promises of excellent member services. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, primarily due to the significant lack of support and apparent indifference once you’re a committed member. Initially, the membership service team was very persuasive and attentive, seemingly dedicated to providing the best customer experience. However, once I was locked into a yearly contract, the attentiveness dramatically decreased, and my concerns were met with ignorance and inaction. Several issues have persisted throughout my membership, notably the non-functional Wi-Fi, which has been a problem for over two weeks. Despite multiple complaints to both the front desk and the member service manager, there has been no effort to communicate a plan or timeline for resolution. This lack of communication and transparency is frustrating and unacceptable for a gym that prides itself on being a top-tier establishment. In conclusion, while Works Gym may have the potential to be a great gym, the current management and member service approach are highly disappointing. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to start taking its members’ concerns seriously and to uphold the standards they advertise. Until then, I would advise potential members to consider these issues seriously before committing to a membership."

"I have been a member now with my wife for a little over 2 months and I have to say is this really might be the most impressive gym we have ever been to. We travel all over the country as my wife works in histology. This gym has changed my life in so many ways. The members are very engaging and the staff is absolutely incredible. Bob always has a welcomed smile on his face when you come into the gym and Miss Cindy is always whipping the seniors into shape. I would recommend this gym to anybody. The a little elocker rooms are extremely clean. The sauna is extremely hot. The pools are very well maintained and to finish your workout you get to jump in an extremely well maintained jacuzzi."

"We just joined The Works after leaving a gym we loved because of the distance. The staff is friendly and the facility is beautiful and clean. A real standout for us has been the Small Group Training. The instructors are certified and the classes are challenging, fun, and safe for all levels. Caley and Darcy (the only two we've worked with so far) train with laser focus so each person performs with proper form and attention. I took a few classes at a dedicated kickboxing gym decades ago, and Darcy's Heavy Hitters class is better than anything I've experienced in the past!"
