"After being in a workout slump, I joined FIT Ritual in 2019 and was immediately hooked. The virtual classes that were created in 2020 had such a positive impact on both my mental and physical health by allowing me to keep moving. Years later, I still use these virtual classes when traveling on vacation or when getting to the studio just isn't in the cards, and still get an amazing workout. Kaylee & Steph have created such a welcoming and positive environment; they truly care about every client that walks through the doors. I can honestly say that I look forward to working out every week with them which I have never experienced before. Every instructor provides an amazing workout that allows you to push yourself in whatever way is best for you. The classes are as hard as you want to make them and super attainable. I cannot say enough amazing things about FIT Ritual! If you are in the market for a new fitness routine that will change your perspective on working out, definitely give them a try!"

"These ladies know how to a run fitness business! As someone who found it hard to feel comfortable consistently working out somewhere, FitRitual has been my happy place. The workouts are incredible and the atmosphere is beautiful, positive and empowering. Any anxiety I could have has been erased with the pre-set spots we chose in the room, the kind and nonjudgmental instructors and the awesome music and lighting. Moreover, the VERY challenging workouts have great modifications for those of us working up to being stronger. This place is gorgeous and clean, incredible workouts (the hardest, but they also constantly offer suggestions to make it achievable), great music, and with the best instructors.
