"Large gym with a lot of great equipment. Trainers are awesome to work with. The gym itself was very tidy and not to busy at the time I was there. 11am-12pm. Courteous staff willing to answer any questions."

"I was in town for business and I came across this LA Fitness where I had the pleasure of meeting Luis Ortiz I believe he’s the general manager of this location. He absolutely took care of me. I have a LA Fitness account but I didn’t have an all access to multiple locations. Luckily he was there he notice the issue and fitted it up for me I really appreciate, you taking the time to help me."

"Found my new home gym. I've been trying to find a convenient gym, with great equipment, and friendly staff/members. My last gym wasn't the cleanest nor had the best equipment. This LA Fitness is completely opposite."

"The instructors are great here, they love the classes they teach and bring tons of energy with them. The rest of the gym is a dump. Make sure to get your tetanus shot before coming here. All the aerobic machines are rusted out and broken. All the handles in the place are sticky and grimey. Bathroom stalls are rusted out (don't ask your neighbor for TP or you'll need an ambulance) the pool has been broken for months and the sauna closed as well but no updates on it (they took down the temporarily closed signs). For $40 a month idk what I'm really getting. Planet fitness keeps their machines in better shape. Half the treadmills are broken or outdated, ellipticals that sound like they're going to break at any moment and have holes in the foot wells. And grimeyyyy. This place does have racketball and a basketball court which is nice and daycare for those working out. But there's so so much to be desired. If it wasn't that the classes are fun and it's walking distance. I'd go somewhere else"

"I came in to LA Fitness last night as well as tonight to ask questions regarding my account and about LA Fitness Gym. Both times I was able to talk with Casey. What an awesome staff member to talk to. Casey was extremely helpful, personable and professional. He was able to answer all of my questions and he got me motivated to get back into a workout routine after recovering from surgery. If anyone goes to the Stoneham LA Fitness to join or ask questions, ask for Casey, he’s very good at his job! ~Kevin"
