"Had a kitchen table set given to me that was made from the 90's that Lasted 25 years. So I decided to buy from Amesbury because of the quality and durability. This new set the first chair broke after two years and now another broke after 4 years."

"I bought my very first table from Amesbury Chair back in 2009 and I have moved so many times, the table has served me well for a long time. Unfortunately when I made my last move, the screws for the table went missing. I spoke to Brian who was happy receive pictures of what kind of bolts the table needed. He called be back right away and was able to ship them to me. He was so helpful and speedy in his responses. Edith took my payment and she was sweet and very professional. They are a great local company and so easy to talk to. Great quality people and products"

"My wife and I bought an Amesbury Chair Bedroom set in March 2012. We were living in Bar Harbor Me. at the time and there was a furniture store 20 minutes away in Trenton Me. We moved back to Massachusetts in August of 2012 and we love our bedroom set. On 11/10/2014, my wife had her bottom drawer open and leaned down on it causing the drawer slider to bend. I now need a new draw slider, but for the life of me I can't remember the name of the store we purchased our set at. I googled Amesbury Chair which brought me to this site. I called on 11/11 to see how I would go about replacing the drawer slide. I spoke to a VERY pleasant woman on the phone, I hope I am getting her name right for I am going by the name of the sender on the package, Dianne Pelletier. . Dianne told me if I went to where I bought it they would just replace it and after I explained to her it was a 10 hour round trip for this item, without hesitation she took down all my information, and then my phone number and told me if there was a problem, she would call me. Now I expected the problem was going to be if they had the item I needed in stock. I had every intention of paying for it for I understood they were under no obligation to just send me a replacement part. I just arrived home from an appointment and low and behold, there is my package. I have already replaced the slide and the drawer is back to working order. In today's world where customer service in MANY companies are found to be suspect, it is NOT the case at Amesbury Chair!!!!! THANK YOU immensely for going above and beyond in regards to my request. A breath of fresh air to know that at least 1 company. Amesbury Chair, know what customer service IS all about!!!!!"
