"ND designed and installed a back yard patio, and installed a plunge pool. Went with ND for their in-house capabilities for turnkey design/build but they ended subbing out all trade work. I consistently had to follow up with the ND contact for updates throughout the design and planning phases and all requests for a schedule commitment were avoided. The ND contact regularly disengaged from the project (I asked for someone different but the request was ignored) and didn’t communicate effectively to me and the construction team. I regularly needed to go to construction team directly to let them know if something changed. ND didn’t stay ahead of long lead items like fencing so I had to wait for a fence for several months. Currently I am dealing with a small warranty item for faulty landscape lights and it is going on two months and still not resolved. Just a frustrating experience with ND"
